Fee Structure
Technical Services (Pre-opening)
A fixed monthly fee is payable three monthly in advance. Any taxes associated with such fees are payable by the owner.
Management Services (Post-opening)
The fees based on a percentage of gross revenue as a basic management fee and percentage of gross operating profit as an incentive management fee net of any taxes. The base management fee and incentive is payable monthly. Depending on the structure and term of the management agreement and the size of the property, there may be a fixed minimum monthly fee.
Any taxes associated with such fees are payable by the owner.
Prime Plaza Marketing Association
All hotels under Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts should joint Prime Plaza Marketing Association. The association will give benefit to hotel by promoting its property as a group. It also provides collective training and educational assistance to provide first class service with Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts standard.
Hotels will contribute funds to Prime Plaza Marketing Association as stated in agreement and will be used to supports its operation.
Out of Pockets Expenses
All out of pocket expenses associated with the above agreements are reimbursed to the consultant/operator on monthly basis. Such charges might include, but are not limited to, travel, meals, lodging, telephone, facsimile, photo-copying, courier and other similar expenses directly attributable to the hotel or project.
Payment
Fees are payable to the bank account of as advised by Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
